Audicratic Monthly – March 2026: Podcast, Website & MPC Sample

March was all about building.

I picked up an MPC Sample and started pushing deeper into hands-on production again — getting back to the fundamentals that shaped how I make music in the first place.

On the content side, I released Episodes 2 and 3 of Audicratic Audio, continuing the conversations around music, process, and longevity with people who’ve really lived it.

Behind the scenes, I also put serious work into the website — refining the layout, improving the structure, and making everything cleaner and more focused.

Episode 2 – Jake Palumbo A real conversation on building a long-term career in music — from independence and consistency to what actually lasts beyond trends.

Episode 3 – DJ Toast 35 years in radio and hip-hop culture — stories, history, and what it takes to stay relevant across decades.

Picked Up an MPC Sample

I picked up the new MPC Sample — a portable, battery-powered entry into the MPC world.

I’m looking to work it into my workflow to switch things up, get more hands-on, and level up my finger drumming.

You’ll start seeing it show up in my content as I build with it in real time.

Back To Making Beats ✅

Lately, most of my time has been going into the website, content, and the podcast.

That’s been necessary to build everything out the right way — but it’s also pulled me away from the core of what I do.

It’s time to shift some of that energy back into making beats.

Moving forward, I’m focused on creating consistently and making production a priority again.

Website Updates

I made updates across almost every page of the site.

I added a dedicated gear page with everything I use, tightened up the spacing and layout throughout the site, and overhauled the podcast page to make it cleaner and easier to navigate.

I also started putting more focus into the blog, with new posts to better support the content and keep everything connected in one place.

That's a Wrap!

Until next time,

– Ab The Audicrat
